1. Operator and contact
This website, runplay.shop, is operated by RunPlay Limited. Our correspondence address is FLAT 06, 2/F BLOCK B, WING HIN FACTORY BUILDING, 31–33 NG FONG STREET, SAN PO KONG, HONG KONG. Contact us at RunPlayLimited@outlook.com. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean RunPlay Limited.
2. Scope and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of this website and orders for physical clothing. You must have legal capacity to enter a contract under the law that applies to you. If you are below the relevant age, a parent or guardian must place the order. Browsing does not require an account; checkout does.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, choose a strong password and keep it private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers or the service, while preserving applicable rights and access to order remedies.
4. Product descriptions
Our catalog contains coordinated clothing sets, sold as the pieces described on each product page. Accessories and props are excluded unless expressly listed. Product images are illustrative generated styling images; appearance and screen colors can vary. Ask us to confirm fabric composition, fit or measurements before ordering if these are material to your decision. We will not knowingly substitute materially different goods without your agreement.
5. Intellectual property
Website text, original visual materials and the RunPlay presentation belong to us or their lawful owners. You may use the site for personal shopping and make copies reasonably required for your own order records. Do not copy substantial content for commercial reuse or imply sponsorship or affiliation. Nothing here grants rights over third-party trademarks.
6. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are shown in USD. Shipping fees and any taxes collected by the store appear before order submission. Import duties or destination charges not collected at checkout may be payable separately where applicable. If a material pricing error is identified, we will explain it and ask you to reconfirm or cancel before proceeding. We do not apply a higher charge without your agreement.
7. Orders, acceptance and contract
Submitting an order is your offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt and does not itself mean payment or acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. Before acceptance, we may decline an order on reasonable grounds, including unavailable stock or an unsupported destination, and return any money collected for a declined item.
8. Payment and payment issues
The current PayPal checkout option records a Pending payment order only. No PayPal payment session or charge is created in this mode. Do not treat an order number or acknowledgement as proof of payment. When live payment processing is available, payment must be confirmed by the provider before dispatch. See our Payment Policy. Never email card information or passwords.
9. Shipping and fulfillment
We sell physical goods and do not provide digital downloads or subscriptions with these orders. Supported destinations, fees and estimated times are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates begin after confirmed payment and processing. We will assist with missing or damaged parcels; responsibility and risk transfer are determined by applicable consumer law and cannot be waived by these Terms.
10. Cancellation, changes and withdrawal
Cancel an eligible unpaid order in your account or contact us promptly. After dispatch, use the applicable return process. Address or size changes depend on whether processing can be stopped. See our Cancellation Policy. Any mandatory right to withdraw or cancel in your jurisdiction continues to apply.
11. Returns, refunds and remedies
Our voluntary return window is 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions and procedure in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain subject to all mandatory remedies. Refunds must reflect funds actually collected and are normally returned through the original payment method. No money is refunded on an unpaid order.
12. Acceptable use
Do not misuse accounts, make fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service or submit unlawful or abusive material. Automated access must respect reasonable technical restrictions. We may take proportionate steps to protect the site and investigate misuse. This does not prevent good-faith complaints or the exercise of legal rights.
13. Privacy, cookies and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains the account, order, enquiry and technical data we process. Essential cookies support login, security and the shopping bag. We do not currently operate a marketing newsletter or advertising tracker. Service communications relate to your enquiries and orders; we will obtain any consent required before introducing optional marketing.
14. Availability, accuracy and warranties
We aim to keep the site accurate and available but may need to correct errors, maintain systems or suspend a feature. Temporary disruption is possible. Information should be read with the specific product description and store policies. We do not exclude any mandatory guarantee that goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for an expressly agreed purpose or as described.
15. Liability and events beyond control
Each party is responsible for loss to the extent required by applicable law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Events beyond reasonable control may delay performance; we will explain the impact and provide cancellation or refund rights where required. These Terms do not impose an unlawful blanket cap on consumer remedies.
16. Governing law and disputes
Hong Kong law governs these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. This choice does not remove mandatory protections of the country in which you habitually reside or prevent you from using a court or dispute process available to you by law. Contact us first with your order number and concern so we can seek a practical resolution. No compulsory arbitration or waiver of statutory rights is imposed here.
17. Updates, severability and contact
We may revise these Terms for future use and orders, with the updated date shown on this page. The version applicable when you place an order governs that order unless law requires otherwise or you agree to a change.
