Prices and currency

Product prices and checkout totals are shown in United States dollars (USD). The applicable delivery charge is displayed before you submit your order. Any import duties or destination charges not collected at checkout may be payable to your local authority or carrier; contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Checkout and payment status

Create an account or sign in before checkout. The PayPal option currently saves your order as Pending payment. It does not create a PayPal transaction, debit your account or collect payment card information. An order acknowledgement is not a payment receipt.

Do not send money outside the checkout or email your payment card details. When online payment collection is available, follow the secure payment instructions shown on this website. Your order is not ready for dispatch until payment has been independently confirmed and the order accepted.

Order totals

Review your selected style, size, quantity, delivery address and total before submitting. A delivery address in an unsupported destination cannot complete checkout. A price error or availability issue will be explained before we accept a paid order.

Payment problems and duplicate attempts

Check your account order history before submitting again. A Pending payment order means no confirmed payment has been recorded. If your payment provider shows a debit but your order does not show a confirmed payment, contact us with the order number and the provider reference; never share login credentials.

Refunds

An unpaid pending order has no payment to refund. For payments collected after live payment processing is connected, approved refunds must be processed to the original payment method. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
